Text of Complaint by Shrey Vijayvargiya:

I have enough balance in my Airtel mobile, but I got a msg as outgoing is expired, but while I bought the SIM card, they promoted the sim as lifetime validity SIM card. I don’t understand how a lifetime validity SIM card’s outgoing expires. To recharge for validity, they have asked to dial *121*51#, but I couldn’t find any option for validity recharge. Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud.

Yes I also got the same problmm here..as jio had came,,as its priority around people decrease gradually its seem that the airtel service provider got made & it shows as it’s like a harassment to the customernow ..as I resisters this no to many account otherwise for this type of service the sim will be soon in dustbin ( if the problem still persist)
