My Airtel validity expired on 19th May 2019 & on 20th May 2019 , i was supposed to call from my number but call has not been connected and IVR said “Your outgoing facility has been STOPPED” but i had enough balance in my account to call but then to they ask me to recharge.
So, i have called to Customer Care and he replied same that company has changed the rule and you have to do monthly recharge to continue the service but when we purchased card , you have given facility for incoming and lifetime free card then Why i am not able to connect calls to anyone even after i have enough balance?
This is seriously making fool to the customers and customers won’t happy with this rule..i strongly denied this rule.
