Dear Appellate AIRTEL & Nodal Team,

kindly reply back
You guys think as a customer WE ARE MAD AND YOU ARE MASTERS IN MANIPULATING PEOPLE

Q1. From how many DAYS my querry is going on
Airtel Response:

Q2. Ms. Priya from nodal team said she is going to reply to the conversation held on 11Jan 2019 at around 6.30pm
Airtel Response:

Q3. I have been asked to not pay BILLS from NODAL team till all communications are done
Airtel Response:

Q4. Ms. Reshma agreed number has been updated
Airtel Response:

Q5. Has TRAI allowed to UPDATE NUMBERS or CHANGE DATABASE without customers consent…?

Q6. Why did the Customer support agent changed without confirmation?
Airtel response:

Q7. Nodal Team Priya agreed that she had checked and audited AUDIO and confirmed that the agent was informed from customer to not touch the database multiple times, yet customer care agent had changed without confirmation

Q8. Even the NODAL AGENT had manipulated the database and put it across stating customer has changed this.. Twitter audio attached

399+18% gst= 490-100 life discount is 390 * 2months also goes only for 780 and not 1180 as informed
