I had recharge my number 9179099071 today 29/03/2020 around 10 o’Clock in day of rupees 98/- it giving data of 6GB 3g/4g but when I using this in my 3g net setter it’s not working. After concerning to customer care on 198 person told me “we are closed our 3g services use this on 4g phone if you want”
So, if they are not providing 3g services then why they writen 3g also in information of the data pack, I just put the recharge on my number to see 3net is also available.
Give my money back !!!! Why they using rong information to consumers
