My mobile number(+91 8867285289) is recharged on 23rd november 2019 with unlimited pack for one year. On Feb 24th 2020, instead of recharging to other number, by mistakenly i did the unlimited recharge pack of RS 1498 to the same number (+91 8867285289). Spoke to airtel customer team immediately. Airtel customer care team is saying they are not able reverse the transaction or they are not helpful in getting my money back or transferring it to the other number. AS the amount is not smaller ( approx Rs 1500 ), please help me.
