I bought Rs. 49 pack, which is an unlimited data pack. I am using 4G and I used only 2 GB, and it stopped working. The data turned from 4G to E. I know the Terms and Conditions and it is mentioned that I will get 20 GB, but I didn’t. I tried to raise my voice on app, but there’s no option, they are not letting me to do it. Instead they raise a complaint which will be fulfilled by 19 Sept, and today’s date is 3 Sept.
