I had done a recharge of Rs.100 for the airtel number 9945538568 on 30th May. The balance was Rs. 81.75. From the day when the recharge was made to till date, the balance is getting deducted everyday. Neither of the data nor the sms service has been used, flash msgs are appearing for sending messages and for using data. The mobile data has not been “turned on” at all, the balance deduction has been done. Kindly solve the issue asap. .
