Hi
I have been paying my bills regulary in time around 2000 per month. Airtel has technical issue in there one home plan where the amount either gets credited to mobile or broadband showing the other service as over due.
I call the customer care and get the things clear with Airtel apologising me evey month for the issue.
Last month same issue happened and I cleared entire bills and again one service broadband show I have paid excess ans mobile show the same amount as overdue.
Intresting thing is the message which get to pay is something else.
They have barred my services inspite of full amount and this every month is kind of harrasement to me by Airtel.
No boday responds back it is impossible to reach there customer care through IVR.
