Text of Complaint by Gavini Sangameswararo:

I am not able to contact HDFC Credit Card Phone banker using the Airtel Mobile Number – 8341266879 which i am using.

It is saying you do not have this facility on your number, contact 121 for this.

Two days back i was able to call HDFC Credit Card Customer Care and able to speak to them.

Today – 18th July 2020, i am not able to do the same. How come they stopped that service without any notification do not know.

When i tried contacting, i was not able to reach customer care representative and not get any option to raise my issue.

I even tried to raise a complaint through Airtel Thanks App, but that isĀ  useful, it has only few pre-configured queries and i was not able to raise my complaint.
