I am writing make complaint regarding Airtel TV new recharge process whereby company is not transparent in providing information to consumers as to how payment can be made after choosing a plan from TV recharge channel 998.
I have sent numerous email but not getting any resolution despite my current plan expiring on 6/2/19.
