My id is 3008984397-001. I have recharged my account on 6th June 20 for Rs 288- monthly rent and it is valid up to 7th July 20. Without my knowledge my account is kept safe custody and account is suspended saying insufficient balance from 16th June 20. I made a number of complaints through online and spoken to customer executive several times but of no use. All the executives are promising to resolve the issue but till now service is not provided and not able to view the television. All my efforts requesting them to resolve the issue are vain and they ignored my request. I am a senior citizen finding hardships with Airtel to solve the issues. They have humiliated me a lot. Please help to solve the issues and hope to get my tv will be actives.
