I am having intermittent issue with the video signal from modem. Only resolution was unplug and repower the modem. I initiated contact via WhatsApp. It didn’t give me option for my problem so I took the one close to it and case number was assigned.
Someone came and found the signal strength was low. They checked and found the cable wasn’t not even connected properly by the antenna. So installed a connector and charged me 200.
No one told me there is a charge, second this is a bad job done by Airtel. So I shouldn’t be charged for fixing that.
Definitely you have lost a customer and Jio has gained one.
