I was not informed that daily I will be charged for 649 rupees if I will switch on my india airtel sim for OTP.I called to Airtel customer care before travelling to abroad what are the international roming recharge and that time I was clearly informed as a AIRTELBLACK customer ur incoming msg only free rest calling n all will be charged.Now in bill they amhavr added too much automated amount which I was not aware and I did not raise request for.Again they have recharge automatically without customer permission.Then what is the use of Airtel sim to use.
Airtel is taking money forcefully.when I asked to stop my Oneairtel plan I got a info about my bill that is 9000 I need to pay to come out of this pain and I was informed I need to switch of my India sim outside country.If I will switch on for OTP then alos They will charge me 649 rupees.
