I had ordered for Airtel NETC fastag from their mobile app. But it has become 25 days since I paid the money and still I haven’t received my fastag. I have complained airtel regarding this but they keep giving me fake promise that it will be delivered in 14 days from ordering.
I have even approached Grievance officer at Airtel but still nothing has happened.
I want Airtel to either give me my fastag or refund my money .
