Text of Complaint by Sarath Jayakumaran:

Airtel has taken a sum of Rs. 12,000 from me for a broadband connection where they don’t even have network. I then applied for a cancellation of the service and a full refund which they guaranteed, but the same has not been done yet. Nobody is taking the ownership of this.
