I have requested service to ISP Airtel to shift my broadband to my new location. Airtel agreed and charge 300 rs , shifted connection but with incomplete service . Also made mistake in transferring my Airtel service as previous location. Asked for support on 15th Aug 2020, still not resolve , asked for disconnection and refund my amount as it was paid for 6 month advance payment plan. Still 2 months amount was with Airtel only when asked for solution or refund , they have adjusted to next bill plan and made complete change in bill plan. OK i will pay them if extra but yet they have not solved my problem
IF called Customer support , they pick transfer to escalation team they keep on hold for 30+ mins and disconnect call. I have call recording proofs.When opt for cancellation , then i got call from airtel after 15 days , then they told we dont know anything about your issue, after 20+ mails and 30+ calls , yet airtel dont know whats is the issue .
Kindly help me to resolve issue or refund my amount , if any proof plz mail me on shreyanshchandane@gmail.com .
