Last week dated (14 May @6.27pm) i recharged with 149rs pack to my mobile no (8754553692) and today dated (14 May @6.27pm) i have chosen my sister no to recharge with 598rs pack through airtel mobile app, since i received the OTP late my transaction was declined and again i recharged with another OTP but the recharge was done to my mobile number which i have already done 5 days back. When i called the customer center and explained my situation there was no proper response been given.
After which i checked in airtel app the recharge which was done today only was shown and the one which i did last week was not shown. Again i called the customer care to check the wrong information which was showing in the app and they said the one which is latest will be activated.
Being using this type of mobile app i guess its of no use to end users, due to delay in OTP the app took my number and also now the recharge has been done twice for the same number and out of which only 1 can be used and other is of no use.
During these lockdown days people are not getting any wages, but still these operators doesnt help people.
Please help on this case by cancelling the 598rs and refund the account back to my account and activate with 149rs pack for mobile number – 8754553692. Attached the transaction history and airtel app screenshots for reference.
