I added money to my Airtel Thanks App Wallet but did not add. I was add 250Rs by online banking, got the message (Dear customer, you have sent your a / c XXXXXXXX5264 (vermasDil1561 @ okhdfcbank) UPI Txn Ref ID: 104721520777 BANK $ 250.00 to Airtel Payments Bank (airtelpaymentsbank.rzp@axisbank). when i can check my wallet balance 250rs not add. pls check and solve the problem. I was also trying to call 400 helpdesk but still not connected. Feedback. We are busy customer executive pls call after some time. Call ended. My mobile number 9086614997
