I have been using airtel thanks app for both broadband and my prepaid. This time I tried to recharge prepaid number using airtel app and payment gateways as Paytm. Paytm deducted amount and transaction success but it didn’t get reflected in airtel app.it’s very painful to see such traps in app and not reliable to use.
Now I waiting to get the amount refunded.
