I have been using Airtel Thanks App for last 2-3 years or more. On March 9th I was trying to recharge the mobile number 9550924019 through the Airtel Thanks App but the App had done the mobile recharge to some unknown number 8415078026.
Wrong Number- 8415078026Correct Number- 9550924019Amount – 437Order Id – 6907181759974146048
I tried sending SMS to 51619, but it fails to register the request and instead always I see same reply that request can’t be taken due to some technical problem.
This clearly is an issue from Airtel Thanks App as the wrong number is completely unknown and not entered by me during the recharge. I request you to recharge to the correct number or refund the amount.
