I reported an OTP issue(i.e for my datacard am not receiving an OTP to my alternate no.) on dec 3rd 2020 via email and call to customer service. Even after multiple follow-ups neither no call back nor the fix for my issue. Later I posted on twitter dec 11th 2020, no response yet.. wenva I follow up via DM they just say tat team is progressing.. Today i.e 17 th dec when i checked seems my alternate no is same the Primary no. Airtel customer service is just manipulating whenever i call them. I have taken a complaint no 313513271688811 from them.
