Hi All,
There is issue in the Airtel Thanks app about the “Download receipt”.
The error is showing the old receipt on the new transaction. Like I have done the transaction 03 Feb 2021 of 98 Rs after that I have done the transaction on 23 Mar 2021. When I was checking for the receipt for the transaction 23 Mar 2021 it is showing the receipt of 03 Feb 2021. Could you please fix this issue as early as possible.

Yes I am facing the same issue.
Same issue since many months complaint many times in customer care but no response. Even they close the ticket without resolving and confirmation. pathetic airtel service
