Sir, on 18.09.2020 at 18:39 hours I have tried to recharge my mobile number 9059461479 via airtel thanks app….. and my account got debited and reference number generated…. but that’s not reflecting in my airtel wallet balance and recharge also not effected….. when I tried to call customer care numbers… nothing is reachable….. it is like I should not hold airtel number, because if any grievience like this no where I’m finding help…. customer care worst not able to submit my request anywhere in the app….. they are making the worst of the services for grievience redressal….. i want them to send my money back…. and I’m going to shift my connection to some other network…..
