Sub: Issue Related to Airtel Bill Due and your unprofessional staff.
Dear Sir/ Madam
Ref: Airtel xtreme fixedline no.022102857268. your Agent Kishan Verma Mob. No. 9022069174.
I wish to complain about my fixedline no.022102857268 _mh (airtel xtreme Advance Rental Plan that I purchased on 18th Sep 2021 at kalbadevi Mumbai Through You Agent Kishan Verma Mob. No.9022069174. I am complaining because I already paid for this service till 17th May 2022 still I am getting Bill due notification from Airtel. Several times. I called several times to your agent kishan verma but he is not responding my phone calls & not resolving the issue. I would like you to please resolve the issue with Airtel Bill & your unprofessional staff for not responding of complaints. Its too hard to follow up several time but your unprofessional staff is not responding & these incidents are harassment for us to continue service with Airtel. It is also a bad reputation for your service also.
