sir/madam,
I am G.Jayaram Reddy,my contact number is 7093453651.
I opted for airtel postpaid family plan which costs me 799+GST/month.At the time of connection, airtel people told me that I can add another 2 numbers and they will get activated in 30 min. It is already around 2 weeks after i kept the request for adding my father’s mobile number which is already in airtel prepaid.after numorous visists to airtel office today they disconned my fathers number and they clarified me it will not get activated less that another 2 days.now because of their neglegence my father lost mobile communication.He is now able to receive any kind of text messages,calls and data.even he is not able to any of service from airtel.
so,i kindly request you to help me in resolving my issue
