I am a international student customer of Airtel company,
Currently stay in France, Since i moved to France i continued with the same services with Airtel,
Initially it was fine,
I was paying the normal bill for 3 year but in last one year they increased my bills of a month,
I use my number only to receive OTP where i have given the number,
But every month i pay arrount 3000rs. Bill ,
Which is too much normally and for a student its more than much,
I tried to speak to customer care and tried to take every possible health since a long time and couldn’t succeed and lastly i had to choose to complain here for my right!
Please help me and i am can provide the related documents.
