Hi Sir/Madam,
I have raised an issue/ concern in all the communicational channels provided by Airtel like Customer Care request, through email, through Twitter , nodal officer email but my issue not resolved yet even after 3 months of follow-up in all communication channels.we have 5 airtel connections and a first connection taken in 2004 and next connect at 2007 and continuously increasing the number of connections due to the service and trust. Now, I am facing an issue with the spouse using airtel number taken in 2007. This connection is upgraded 2G to 3G to 4G with the same set of documents provided all the time.
As per airtel store team, a new profile may be created with the same number but am losing the recharged plan of 8 months. I may be accepted, creating a new profile whenever I have recharged one monthly plan. Already am 1/4th of the year away from the service due to this issue and still not resolved on time. Already Rs.600 services not used until today and don’t know how many more days to wait.
I hope you understand my concern and help me in resolving this asap.
