It has been more than 2 weeks since the complaint regarding my network issue was lodged. The complaint was lodged on 2nd Jan 2019, the team promised to solve the issue within 6th Jan 2019 and it is 14th Jan 2019 already and the complaint is still in active condition.
In addition to this, the technical team has called me over 10 times since the complaint. The problem has not been solved since. Every time they assure to solve it within 72 hours. The team gives a call for their records purposes but fails to resolve the issue. Despite multiple call back request, the team takes more that 72 hours to call back regarding the issue on top of which the complaint has been put on high priority or so they claim. Upon which a person from the team calls on 14th and started asking what the issue is about. He had no clue of what had happened. I figure they called only to log a call made to the customer regarding the complaint.
I have sent multiple emails to the nodal officer as well but no one seems to take my complaint seriously nor resolve my problem. I have no way to contact them back other than to leave a missed call on 515 in request for a call back.
