HI , My name is Ramesh Naidu Matta and my account number – 7041183138 . My Mobile number 9000483116. Due to rain , my Internet service was not working . I have raised a complaint and Service request number 130448660. Initially their customer service team assisted they will send technician to verify the issue. Next day their technician says there is a covid positive case in your apartment and we can’t come for service and changed the date to 4 days later. All other service providers are helping customers , I don’t understand why Airtel team has issues . It will impact my work and kids education who will be answerable to that . We do understand every one is living in risk , they have to take necessary precautions and help customers. Now Internet has became emergency service , it will impact children education and jobs . I am in Airtel one plan and paying 1500 rs per month.
I want to large a complaint on this . Please do assist me here.
