Airtel is not providing ebills to the broadband connection. Every time I had to call them and ask for ebills then they used to provide. And there will be no gst number on the bill but they will collect gst amount every month. When I asked my bill for the month of October they are saying from this month we cant provide any ebills which is required for me for claiming my claims in my company. It looks like people are wantedly hiding bills to get out of tax payment or something else and it looks like scam on tax. Customer support people are very arrogant when I asked for ebill they are literally saying we wont provide bills and you can disconnect from our network. They dont have minimum common sense how to speak to customers. Please help me to get ebills for my claiming.

Even they are not providing the Prepaid bills if we recharge from any other app. They are avoiding bill generation and not sharing any bill details. It is simply unaccountable money and fraud on crores of the public. Not sure why no one is not taking any action against it.
