Text of Complaint by Soumya E Haridas:

I took Airtel Postpaid SIM on 20th August . I couldnt use it cause of low reception in my area. I send a mail to airtel customer care to deactivate the SIM . After 3 months i got bill of 1014 RS . I paid the entire amount without even using the SIM. I again send the airtel customer care to deactivating my SIM attaching all the receipts of bill payment. Again now after 2 months they are charging me which is totally unfair.
