The tariff rates are made to fool the subscribers.tariff is 2.5paise per second.but if it nears the next number,instead of calculating accurately,they round up the figure to increase the tariff.if the call lasts for 3 minutes and 58seconds..they calculate it for 4minutes instead and tell the subscribers that it lasted for 4minutes..they do it always on all the call.they add seconds to the actual time and add extra debit to the actual amount.
