Airtel digital t.v 3023821790 connection is using at present.Regarding Airtel t.v remote repair I have made complaints on 3/6/20 vide refno 24606495 and they have send one engineer,he has stated that Remote tobe changed and he was having stream t.v remote but it is not suitable and he has come with new remote.No response but reference is resolved.Again I have made complaints on 5/6/20 and ref no given as24720939 and same engineer Mr Rajkumar and no new remote received.After checking he has gone immediately.But that refno is recorded as resolved.Further I have made complaints on 11/6/20 and ref no 25024001 given and new service engineer mr ,Balaji has come and try to repair existing remote but no use and he has promised to come evenings with new remote ,but no response and ref no is resolved.What they resolved I didn’t know.I have also given suggestions to purchase remote from Amazon but he informed that model not available.As on date No T.V remote for Airtel available.Yesterday 12/6/20 also send reminder by email.Hence I request you kindly todo needful.
