I ported from Prepaid to postpaid and without any intimation about that there will be an address verification they suspended my services.
I was travelling and suddenly all internet access, ability to call was taken away from me.
I had an only sim that is of airtel.
It was a huge threat to my personal security as i was in an unknown state with no mobile services
