I am a prepaid customer of Airtel in Kolkata. My mobile number is 9831904106 . According to the offer of Airtel, I recharged Rs 999 on December 2005 in that time Airtel told me that it is life time offer due to which incoming calls will be free in life without any recharge. But now Airtel telling me that after 01/12/2018 my offer will end and outgoing calls will stop when I have Rs 87.69 in main account balance. I have to recharge at least Rs 35 to continue the service in every 28 days. If I can not do it then withen 15 days after 01/12/2018 my incoming calls will stop. As I am a life time customer, so how Airtel can do it ? It is a cheating with customer. In time of Rs 999 recharged Airtel promised me that in life incoming calls will be free without any recharge. Now they are cheating me. I am a ill senior citizen. I am using this number only for emergency voice calls because I am cardiac patient. Mostly this number using for incoming voice calls. At present it is difficult to recharge Rs 35 without use. Is it ACCCHE DIN ? As a senior citizen I am requesting please help me please please.
