Airtel offers 1.5 GB data per day. As of today, I have 19 days left in my data pack.
Unfortunately, Airtel is sucking my internet data for 3 days. When I switching on my data in mobile, Airtel sends SMS which says data is exhausted.
I am sure that I didn’t use even 100 MB of internet data. I neither used my data to watch or download or send videos nor downloaded or updated softwares. But, Airtel is sucking my data.
Yesterday, I contacted consumer care and registered my complaint. The customercare executive promised me that this problem will be no longer from the next day.
Unfortunately, today also, I received the same SMS from Airtel, just after switching on the data in mobile.
I just ported my number from Idea to Airtel, because I thought Airtel is a good service provider than Idea.
Unfortunately, I am ashamed of you Airtel. You are sucking my internet data.
If you will not resolve this problem, me and my family will port all sim cards from Airtel to any other service provider.
