It has been frustrating experience with Airtel over 6 months or more on the network issue at the billing location
Gopalan Millennium Habitat, Kundalahalli, Bengaluru – 560037
Land Mark: Next to CMRIT college
Every month / every 2 months we continue to experience the following
1. No Service
2. Complete outage of service for 1 day or more
Please note that this is not happening with one individual customer, In the Community the Blocks A, B, C, D, E continue to experience one or both issue mentioned above every month.
In addition to above, on day to day basis we experience the following
1. Voice Cracking
2. Call Drop
3. Poor Signal
4. Slow Data
5. Coverage issues etc
Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken yet.
On November 1st, One of your network team executive named Guru with the following mobile number : 9591708923visited the place to take the readings and he agreed with the fact that both Mobile and data signals are too both outside and inside the community / area.
When this is explained to Airtel social media team or other customer care, team doesn’t understand these and keep repeating we are trying to improve the network.
It has been so painful experience with Airtel, Being a post paid customer I feel cheated by Airtel at all ends both with cost and service and considering what other actions be taken against Airtel on these.
To give further examples:
When reporting network issue (no service) in the locality via Twitter (note phone connected to wifi), Airtel team responds with message saying we tried to reach you on your mobile number. Is your team that dumb? Don’t they look at what issue is being raised?
