Due to work from home situation, I stay in remote location, I badly needed a hotspot device.. since airtel network reception is good near my home.
I bought a airtel hotspot device from airtel store (yelhanka, Bangalore – 560064
)
Mr. Raghavendra is the customer executive attended me.
I was forced to pay in cash (Rs.2000). When asked for bill , they said I will receive in next 2 days through email.
And was forced to buy a postpaid plan…I will never buy anything from airtel again
I feel there is a scam going on at this store.
