- 06-10-2020 Poonamalle airtel store. I asking an support i need my poste paid adden no need to change pre paid. But they changed my primary no also changed post paid. Am asking hey why you are change my primery no. He cool answer sorry my mistake three month after you come I change it. He is an educated or un educated I don’t know. I shocking how this kind of people working this position. And one more shocking he is manager. Name “Michael”. I need only request plz my post paid no same as old position. Please to support.
