I have network problem with my old network so I have port to airtel 2 weeks ago. I went to store and I show them the port reference number and the store person irresposibly take a sim card randomly and give that to me and said that it will be activated within 5 day. After 5 days the sim is activated and i visited the same store to make my first recharge after finishing the recharge i have noticed that there is no data connection on the sim card I asked the store person and they simple said that we have provided a wrong IMSI sim card you do not have access to use internet in this sim card and then give me a another sim card and said please wait for another 5 days to get the sim activated. This is very FRACTUATING they didnt even apologise to me. I am a business person most of my regular duty depends on internet. I am totally upset with the worst customer service of the airtel.
