I went to the airtel store so there was an lady her name is geetanjali, and i asked for new airtel postpaid connection so she has offered me 599 rs plan but i had checked that airtel has a 399 rs plan so i asked her to give this plan to me so she denied and she was asking for more money as tge security deposit amount and she said airtel has removed this plan of 399 so why is mentioned in airtel official website, so the service was pathetic she was rude on that time and not giving me the proper ans as well as resolution worst airtel store service ever
I visited 4, Main 100 Feet Rd, West Jyoti Nagar, Durgapuri Extension, Chhajjupur, Shahdara, Delhi, 110032 but i would recommend jio or vi to everyone they have far better service then the airtel she was so annoying and after giving the ans she was laughing this is not the correct way to treating a customer i would request to take a strict action on her so that any customer will not be able to face this service, so i decided that i should port out my no.
