Sir,
I had purchased a new Airtel prepaid connection by paying Rs. 200/- on 01-11-2023 and Swaped my existing prepaid connection by Paying Rs. 150/- on 01-11-2023 at Salipur Aitel Store, Salipur, Cuttack, Odisha. But till now i.e. 03-11-2023 11.45 AM my connection is not established. I have been visited 2 times to the store and they are misbehaving. I am loosing my time, money and self respect.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps.
Please impose penalty for customer misguiding.
