1) My first (NEW) sim stopped getting network in 4 days
2) Was given second sim, which was rejected because UNSKILLED airtel store person did not take my picture properly
3) Was given third sim (had to be activated in 4 hours) – pending for 25 hrs and not activated
4) When we called Airtel customer care, they kept transferring call to different different department. Finally told that aadhar number had to be linked. WHY DID AIRTEL STORE PERSON NOT TELL/DO IT?
5) Airtel Store person charged me 300 Rs and told that I will be given 1 Gb data per day, but it was 1 Gb per 28 days.
6) Airtel Store person picks up call and hangs it up.
