Sir, I just received a call from airtel number. 9810203316 with a telephonic message that my o/g calls will be stopped after 10 september 2020. BUT in actual practice they stopped service one day before that is from 9 sept 2020. Thereby eatenaway customers prepaid money of one day that is Rs 7.50
If they are doing such non ethical deductions with 80 crores customers then this amount would touch to Rs 7.50 x 80 crores = Rs600 crores.
I am bringing this factual information before authorities of Delhi with an humble submission for necessary prompt action.
