Good afternoon sir,
I am Pappu Choudhary from Coimbatore. I have a Airtel no 8137011867, 06 years and 05 months old number.
My pack has been expired on 02 APR 20 but they have stopped my all services incoming/outgoing calls and SMS even OTP could not receive now.
I have tried to recharge through other people but couldn’t succeed.
I have a call record of airtel customer service where they are talking that your service have been expired.
I am not worry about free services but why airtel company have been announced on 30 APR 20 that services will be continues.
