Hello

 

I am a Non-Resident Indian that has been using the Airtel number outside India for the past three years. All of a sudden my SIM card stopped receiving incoming calls and messages. I contacted Airtel regarding this issue on June 28. This is the reference number that was provided to me: CUMRC3BLR20210628430208.  I was told to do multiple recharges to my number and submit various documents for getting a replacement SIM. I did everything I was told to do and I was not getting any response from the Airtel team. They are sending me a pre-formatted message saying that my request is being handled on priority for more than 3 weeks now. I was not getting any explanation on why in the first place was my SIM was stopped and when can they provide a replacement SIM so that I can start using my number back. Can you please help me in resolving this issue?
