SIR

I AM PLATINUM POST PAID CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL DURING THE LOCKDOWN TIME I WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE PREMIUM DUE TO SALARY DIDN’T CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS ON MY NO IS 15000 BUT THEY STOPPED MY SERVICE

I AM USEING THE POSTPAID SINCE 1.7 YEARS

BUT DUE TO BAD SERVICE I AM HAVING TO SUPPER WITH LOTS MORE PROBLEMS WITHOUT THE CONNECTION EVEN THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NO WAS NOT CONNECTING BY MY NO SO THAT I CAN REQUEST TO THEM TO START MY SERVICE

ALL THE MOBILE COMPANY ARE GIVING RELAXATION DURING LOCKDOWN PERIOD BUT AIRTEL DIDN’T PROVIDE ME

I WANT TO PORT THIS NO PLS HELP AND I WANT COMPENSATION OF 500000
