Recently I have received couple of calls and messages stating my outgoing service will be stopped if I don’t recharge unlimited calls pack. As I am only using airtel sim, and I don’t wish to recharge for unlimited pack this month why am I being forced to do so, and what’s the meaning of threatening a customer stating for now we are stopping outgoing later we will stop incoming also. Am I not paying for the calls I am making?
