  1. Hi! Your lifetime validity exists for the main account balance i.e. talktime. However, you can now recharge through either our Bundle or newly launched smart recharges and avail all-on-one benefits like calls, data benefits and talk time in a single recharge. These are validity based recharges with different validity period as per the packs you chose. For recharge info, dial *121*51#. Thank you, Sapna

    1. What is this, again a loop for another doubt, Why can’t u answer simply that what is this message that your outgoing services wi stop?

    2. I have four Airtel prepaid connections and no one is able to utilise 4G connectivity in my locality. Why should I go for your so called bundle pack?

  2. Same message I have also got. The response from Airtel was of no use as it does not contain any useful information/explanation. Time to port to Jio or other provider.

    1. Airtel is getting pathetic day by day. I’m outside country and received this message. Even If I recharge that will be waste for me. This is ridiculous. First thing I’m going to fo after coming back to india is portout.

  3. Same thing happened to me also. I call Castomer Care to know more about it but someone there replied me very rudely. It is like Airtel is forcing Costumers to do recharge Unlimited Pack and In this way they loose more customers day by day. I have decided to port out to another Service Provider.

  4. Recharge validity depends on amounts to recharge but you can’t force anybody for 28 days vapidity recharge.
My outgoing service is stopped this is unethical

  5. I called Airtel Consumer support and he tells me that this move has been approved by TRAI.
First he tried telling me that this was a directive issued by TRAI, then later on more questioning he told me that AIRTEL had made this move unilaterally.

To change a plan that has already been taken without consent is illegal and I am wondering how TRAI approved the same.

Wondering what can I do to protect my rights.
Does anyone has any suggestion ?
