This is in regard to my airtel bill payment that has been paid 2 months ago from now as I switched to a different service provider due to airtel’s lack of providing network and internet services. I am still using the same number as I had cleared my pending bills already and ported to jio. I am sure that if I had not paid my bills airtel (my existing service provider) would not have cleared my number for porting out. Not only that, I personally walked to airtel customer care outlet located in Kaggadasapura, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560075 so as to confirm if there is anything pending to which I was confirmed as negative. Also, I have paid a INR 100 extra on my pending bill as a porting charge. However, the airtel executives are calling me up every single day asking me to pay the pending bill and when I wish to explain that I have already paid the required amount, they misbehave by saying that I dint pay and before I can further explain, they hang up right on my face which seems to be a very rude and unethical behaviour from the airtel executives. I wish this stops and as I was assured that I am left with no pending bills, I will not pay a single penny no matter how much ever they keeps on calling for the same purpose. Please help me stop getting such calls in the future as this is causing a harassment to me as an existing airtel customer.
